This is a clip from one of my virtual lessons using pivo. This horse was very heavy on the left shoulder and rein when I first met them. As you can see this is no longer the case but the tendency in the horse to revert back to that balance drags the riders position into following him (we don’t even know this is happening!). In this video we discuss what she needs to do with her body to teach herself to not follow his imbalance but stay put so he follows her!
