This is very important for the horse to learn. Without it, the horse can never lift the back to carry us comfortably. This is a young girl and her thoroughbred that I see in clinic. She has done a good job of teaching the horse to not push into her, now we can teach the horse to move the inside shoulder over to create mobilty in the middle of the horse’s body.
